Return / Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rewa Handloom. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process, allowing you to return eligible items within a specified timeframe for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain conditions and exceptions may apply:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days only after receiving them. 
  
• Refunds will be processed with insurance within 2-5 Working Days, and the customer will be informed immediately via email or WhatsApp.
• ₹150.00 flat rate return shipping.
• The product should not be used or worn.
• The return package should be well-packed by the customer.
• The customer needs to make a request for a return and refund through the account section, and also needs to make an intimation on WhatsApp @ +91-9977004414.
